Wave Stay exists for one group of people: marine candidates and trainees. Between a pre-sea course, an STCW refresher, a CDC application and a joining date there are a lot of nights to cover — often at short notice, often on a cadet's budget.
We keep it simple: clean beds close to the training institutes, honest daily rates, a refundable deposit, and a booking flow that works from a phone in under two minutes.
For seafarers only

Booking, cancellation & refund policy
Booking & payment
- Login is by OTP on your registered mobile number. No passwords are used.
- Every booking needs a course / application number and a CDC or INDoS number.
- Total = (room rate × number of days) + refundable security deposit.
- Payment is by UPI — scan the QR code or pay to our UPI ID, then submit the transaction reference.
- A booking is confirmed once Wave Stay verifies the transaction. Confirmation is sent by SMS and WhatsApp.
- Unpaid bookings are released after 60 minutes so the bed is not blocked.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 11:00.
- Carry a photo ID and your CDC / INDoS document.
Cancellation

Refunds
- The deduction applies to room charges. The security deposit is refunded in full when a booking is cancelled.
- Refunds are raised automatically the moment you cancel and are tracked under Refund Status in your dashboard.
- Money reaches your account in 5–7 working days once processed.
- A refund can never exceed what was actually paid.
